Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses UFUQORA AI’s compute rental, technical services, hardware and AI services, including customers and their users (“you”). It forms part of our customer agreements. We may update it to reflect changes in law, technology and risk.
Prohibited uses
You must not use our services or products to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or help others to do so;
- create, store or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors;
- create or distribute sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent;
- create deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonate a real person, or depict them saying or doing things they did not, without their consent, or in a way that is likely to deceive;
- produce disinformation intended to mislead the public, including content designed to interfere with elections or democratic processes;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against people;
- develop, distribute or operate malware, or carry out unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks or other attacks on systems or networks;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;

Prohibited AI practices
You must not use our services for AI practices that are prohibited under the EU AI Act or comparable laws, including:
- manipulative or deceptive techniques that materially distort people’s behaviour in ways that cause significant harm;
- exploiting the vulnerabilities of people due to their age, disability or social or economic situation;
- social scoring that leads to unjustified or disproportionate detrimental treatment;
- predicting the risk of a person committing a crime based solely on profiling or personality traits;
- building facial recognition databases through untargeted scraping of facial images from the internet or CCTV footage;
- inferring emotions in the workplace or in education, except for medical or safety reasons; and
- biometric categorisation to infer sensitive characteristics such as race, political opinions, religious beliefs or sexual orientation.
High-stakes decisions
If you use our AI services to support decisions that significantly affect people — such as in credit, employment, healthcare, education or access to essential services — you are responsible for meeting the legal requirements that apply, including appropriate human oversight, testing and transparency towards the people affected.
Labelling AI-generated content
Content generated with our AI video and other generative services must remain labelled as AI-generated where the law or our service terms require it. You must not remove or obscure watermarks or labels, and you must disclose to people when they are interacting with an AI system where that is not obvious.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy. Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Where practical, we will give you notice and a chance to respond.
Reporting misuse
To report suspected misuse of our services, email [email protected] with “Abuse report” in the subject line.
