These Terms of Use govern your use of ufuqora.com (the “website”), operated by UFUQORA AI PTE. LTD, a company registered in Singapore (“UFUQORA AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website describes our company and services for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or professional advice. Our services, hardware supply and any pricing are provided only under a separate written agreement or quotation, which will prevail over anything on the website.
Product names, specifications and availability may change without notice. Third-party specifications are reproduced as published by their manufacturers.
Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, graphics and code, belongs to UFUQORA AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the website or its content without our written permission.

Our hardware, compute services and AI services may be subject to export-control and sanctions laws, including the United States Export Administration Regulations, sanctions administered by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, Singapore’s Strategic Goods (Control) Act and its regulations, United Nations Security Council sanctions, and other laws that apply to a transaction.
We comply with these laws. In particular:
- we screen customers, end users and destinations against applicable restricted-party lists and embargoes;
- we do not supply products or services to sanctioned or embargoed destinations, or to restricted parties;
- we may ask for end-user and end-use information, and may require licences or other authorisations before supplying; and
- we may decline, suspend or cancel any order or service where we reasonably believe it would breach these laws.
Customers must not export, re-export or transfer our products, services or related technology in breach of these laws, and must not use them for any prohibited end use, including the development of weapons of mass destruction or military end uses where restricted.
